– Guests have access to the entire home with a private entrance through the front door and access to the private backyard. No garage access for guests.
Guests have direct access to the manager via airbnb app and calling/texting via phone during their stay.
Mountain hiking trails (Mormon trailhead) within walking distance from the home. Neighborhood park is also walking distance from the home with basketball courts, playground, water feature for the kids, ramadas and a large grass area for picnic and frisbee. Shopping and restaurants are located right next to the neighborhood, around a mile away.
There are two driveways in the front yard for parking. One is gravel one is concrete. There is also additional parking in the cul-de-sac. The Mormon trailhead is walking distance from the home with a parking lot next to the trailhead. There is a neighborhood park walking distance from the home with a parking lot. Beach cruisers are included with booking for cruising the neighborhood.
